Are calculations and names stored?
No. Partner names, birthday dates, and generated letters are processed in volatile memory and never retained in databases.
Can I suggest a new calculator?
Yes! We love community ideas for new romantic games, compatibility matrix algorithms, and generators. Use the form to submit suggestions.
Are the results guaranteed?
Lovezey tools are created purely for amusement and entertainment. Please use them to bring joy, not to make binding real-life decisions.
What we can actually help with
Lovezey is run by a small independent team, so we would rather be honest about what we can and cannot do than promise everything and answer nothing.
Things we can help with
- Reporting a bug in a calculator, generator, or quiz.
- Questioning how a specific result was calculated.
- Suggesting a new tool or a new category for an existing one.
- Privacy questions, including data deletion requests.
- Copyright concerns about content published on the site.
- Advertising and partnership enquiries.
Things we cannot help with
- Relationship, medical, or mental health advice. We are not qualified and will not pretend to be.
- Changing a result. Every score is deterministic; the same inputs always give the same output.
- Recovering history. We do not store your inputs, so there is nothing to retrieve.
- Predictions about real relationships. All tools are entertainment.
Reporting a bug so we can fix it
A bug report with four details is worth ten without them. If something broke, please include:
- 1. The page. The URL or the name of the tool you were using.
- 2. What you expected. What should have happened.
- 3. What actually happened. The exact result, error message, or behaviour.
- 4. Your browser and device. For example Safari on iPhone, or Chrome on Windows.
Please do not paste personal names or birth dates into a bug report. They are not needed to reproduce a technical problem, and we would rather not receive them.
Who you are writing to
Lovezey is an independent project founded in September 2026 by Viraj Savaliya, a web developer based in Gujarat, India. It is not a company with a support department. Messages are read and answered by the person who built the tools.
That has two consequences worth knowing. The first is that replies are personal and specific rather than templated. The second is that they can take a couple of days, especially around releases.
